Cinna finds a magic wand

What is poking my tail? Cinna wondered, standing and prodding at the blankets. They just keep throwing things into this corner. Don’t they know I sleep here? She thought angrily as she continued her inspection. Her paw made contact with something hard, making her pause. She pushed her nose against the edge of the blanket, wiggling her way underneath the fabric, to find the offensive object. She saw a long, thin piece of wood and inched forward to sniff it. She hesitantly pawed at the wood and immediately jumped back as it vibrated and emitted a soft glow. She lifted her paw again, curiosity getting the best of her, and this time placed it firmly on the wood. She felt warmth surrounding her and began to purr at the sensation, feeling invincible. She tapped the wand twice and felt excitement as the blankets wiggled. She gingerly placed the wand in her mouth and jumped down from the rack in the closet. She turned back to the blankets and cocked her head to the side, watching as the blankets moved towards her. Pleased with the result, she began walking towards the living room, pausing every so often to make sure the blankets were following her, before placing them on her favorite couch cushion. She continued adding things to her nest; pillows, scarves, hoodies, and even the odd sock or two, until the pile was a couple of feet tall and a few feet wide. She stood inside the nest and walked around in circles before kneading a particularly soft spot a few times. Satisfied with her work she curled up into a ball to take the nap she had originally intended. Worth it, she thought as she drifted off to sleep. And that was how her humans found her; passed out in a pile of fluffy things, with the wand sticking out from under her fur, purring contentedly.
